Where are your products shipped from?

Our haircare products are handcrafted and shipped from our facility on the Sunshine Coast in Australia. We ship directly to our customers using premium carriers and eco packaging.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

When will you ship my order?

We pack and ship your order within 2 business days after receipt of payment.

How much does shipping cost within Australia?

Standard: $9 (2-8 business days)

Express: $19 (1-4 business days)

FREE standard shipping for all orders over $130

How much does international shipping cost (outside of Australia)?

These vary depending where you are, so country specific pricing and delivery times will be shown on the checkout page. Orders shipped outside of Australia may attract local customs taxes and duties, which need to be paid by the customer.

When will my order arrive?

Why hasn’t my tracking information been updated?

Once an order has shipped, tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update.

Yes. We confidently back all of our products with a 60 day money back guarantee, so if you are not completely satisfied with your product we will issue you a refund.

Simply return the items within 60 days from the date of delivery and we'll refund you.


All you have to do is arrange for the products to be shipped back (at your cost) and we will refund you.


Only items returned will be approved for a refund. Shipping and insurance costs are non refundable.
