Return and Refund Policy

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love our products. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery, provided the product remains more than half full. This gives you a genuine opportunity to try the product, while ensuring the guarantee isn't used to claim a refund after the product has been fully used.

To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at help@pennyblackorganic.com with your order number. We may ask for a photo of the remaining product to confirm it meets the more-than-half-full condition.

Refunds under this guarantee are not available if:

  • The product is less than half full
  • The request is made more than 60 days after delivery
  • The product has been fully or substantially used

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@pennyblackorganic.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund, where appropriate and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities
Our products contain natural ingredients, botanical extracts, and essential oils. Please review the ingredient list before use, and we recommend patch testing prior to full application. Refunds are not provided for allergic reactions or sensitivities unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, was sent incorrectly, or the return is required under Australian Consumer Law. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless legally required.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for products with a major failure, and to repair or replacement where a failure does not amount to a major failure.
