My hair feels so soft and beautiful after using this shampoo and conditioner. It was so dry and frizzy and limp. I’ve had issues with allergies and hair loss in the past from regular salon dyes! These products and dyes have been wonderful. No more itchy head and hair loss. Chloe did an amazing job with colouring and styling my hair, and my head massage was the best ever! It’s always such a relaxing experience going to Penny Black .
